VALIDATION OF G10 CLASSIFICATION IN LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY FOR THE PREDICTION OF OPERATIVE DIFFICULTIES: AN OBSERVATIONAL STUDY

Introduction: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy which is the gold standard of management gall bladder pathologies has variability in terms conversion to open procedure and operative difficulties according intraoperative findings.The G10 scoring system used predict diificulty outcome surgery. Aims And Objectives: The study aimed at assessment its anatomy surgical difficulty laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Objective correlate following factors :conversion procedure, complication, operating time, hospital stay readmission. Materials Methods: All patients undergoing College Medicine JNM Hospital, six months from approval Institutional Ethical Committee were as samples. Result: 13% difficult 75% extremely cases converted open.In level, 4.3% had bile duct injury, pericholecystic abcess formation readmission whereas extreme 25% Conclusion: more score, level there conversions complications. Association conversion,readmission complications with degree statistically significant i.e. classification remains a valid indicator for difficulties.
